I'm with you Linda. RPOL is not about trying to sell things, etc. This is going to start junking up this site. It's all about the town of Ridley Park and what is happening here. We have to start finding people to replace Berger, Glenn, Mayor, Holly (who ever) Bukus. This town has to get back in shape.
Comment by Linda Shockley on January 7, 2013 at 9:04am Well, come on now, if you look at it, it looks like an ad. Maybe you should sell yourself as an ad writer. I don't know if I'd want this forum to become just another outlet for ads, though. This site is supposed to be a way for RP residents to communicate.
Comment by RidleyParkOnline on January 5, 2013 at 6:46pm It was me, line me along the wall. I uploaded this video only cause the content looked interesting and cool. I didn't think anything about advertising dollars...dah me. I'd like to have the time to begin an advertising program to put against some of RPOL's expenses, so (on bended knee) if there's anyone who's an advertising mavin and wants to get involved with local business and RPOL, let me know (standing now).
RPOL is one of the many parts of Ridley Park and other real estate sites are the right places for all the real estate listing, but I listed the old pump house property for sale too. I thought it too was cool and interesting. Am I wrong for misjudging their coolness, or for not charging to post them :-) I'm looking for all things Ridley Park...within RPOL's guidelines
If you go on www.realtors.com you will see the pictures of the entire house of what all the rooms will look like.
Comment by Linda Shockley on January 5, 2013 at 11:35am Besides, isn't this really an ad? Are they allowed here? Realtors or whoever else gets free advertising?
Comment by Linda Shockley on January 5, 2013 at 11:34am Ken,
It's probably part of the now-ignored building codes. Like the one about having only a certain percentage (25 or 35? I forget) of the property being allowed to be built on.
Good one Ken !!
I can't see how this is going to be a big as the pictures show. You could open you side window and hand your neighbor a cup of coffee. Isn't there some kind of law as to how much property you must have on each side of your house. I pass that to-be house everyday and just can't figure out where they are going to put this so called beautiful house.
Comment by Kenneth Harper on January 4, 2013 at 4:31pm Does anybody know the delivery date for this house?
