Circulars thrown on lawn violate motor vehicle code
Is there a law that prohibits the paper thrown from vechiles onto my lawn? According to an article found in DELCO TIMES there is.
"Unwanted circulars thrown on private property by someone in a vehicle is a violation of the state motor vehicle code, according to Solicitor Guy Smith."

Sounds like a question for an upcoming Borough Council workshop. Workshops are a great place to informally speak to Borough Council members. It's also the forum where you can ask your informal questions one month and expect that someone on council will research your question and answer you by the next council meeting.
