The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Ridley Park advertised and did hold a public meeting on July 23, 2015 at 7 PM at Borough Hall to consider the recent order by Delaware County Court of Common Pleas judge H. Michael Greene. The order dated June 26, 2015 ruled in favor of an appeal filed by Steen Industries, and further ordered the Zoning Hearing Board to issue a permit within 45 days to allow Steen to raise the height of the billboard at 708 Ketchum Avenue.

A rowdy teen party in the 100 block of W Rogers that got out of hand. Police didn't know about it until something was posted on Instagram and Facebook. Come on, couldn't anyone be bothered to call the cops? I'd like to hear an explanation on that one. There were almost 100 people at the party. Doesn't make any sense. The party itself puts RP in a bad light, the neighbors not calling the cops doesn't help.
