It has been noted by a number of residents that the July Council meeting was suddenly cancelled and that no offical council meeting was rescheduled for that month. Then, the question remains: If there was no formal public meeeting nor any offical public approval of the budget by majority vote, HOW CAN WE PAY OUR BILLS? That would include payroll. So, we can assume noone got paid in JULY.
