Commercial filming at 106 W Ridley Ave tomorrow (8/1) at 9am

Hi everyone! I live at 106 w Ridley ave, one of the historic homes, and our house was selected to be filmed for a commercial! Filming starts tomorrow (8/1) at 9am! The commercial is for the PA lottery which will air all across PA through the rest of the year. 5K Run scheduled at The Lake for Sept 14

The HEADstrong Foundation’s “Run The Park 5K” will be held at The Lake in Ridley Park on Sept 14.  The "Run in the Park 5K" will raise funds to promote blood-cancer awareness, honor those in the fight against the disease and raise funds to support programs and services offered by the foundation.

Borough Street Re-Paving Question

Hello everyone! I am a new member to this site and this is my first post. I just recently realized it even existed. I am not new to RP, however. I've lived here my entire life. I currently live in the 3rd precinct by the ABC field. I've lived by the lake before that.

My question is in regards to the re-pavement of streets that were torn up to lay new piping. Our streets between Moore's Lake and the ABC field were amongst the first torn up to lay new Aqua pipe over a year ago.…

Borough squeezing its cheeks over yard sales

When council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday night, next week, it will consider approving an ordinance requiring permits for yard sales, establish a time for removal of yard sale signs and regulate the number of such sales that will be permitted in one year.
