The National Weather Service (NOAA) has issued an excessive heat

warning for Ridley Park and the surrounding region through Saturday,

Ridley Park Farmer's Market ready for soaring temps

Ridley Park's Farmers Market will go on in spite of temperatures in the upper 90's this week.  With a near record temperature, high humidity, and no rain showers in sight for this Thursday's Farmer's Market, Ridley Park Borough as taken steps to make sure shoppers stay refreshed.  A misting station will be set-up and our air conditioned Borough Hall will remain open.

Parkers hit it - big time

Ridley Park joined an exclusive club when it beat Chichester, 6-0, to win the Del Val Youth Intermediate B Division championship Monday.



The win made the Parkers (18-0) one of just two teams, out of 140 in all divisions, to finish undefeated.

Ridley Park: stronger than the storm

It has become the new anthem of the New Jersey shore.

Every time you turn on the TV, there is Jersey Gov. Chris Christie reminding us that the his state’s beaches have withstood the fury of Mother Nature and are in fact open for business.

 They are “stronger than the storm.”

Ridley school lunches to cost more

The price of school lunches will be going up when the new school year begins in the fall. Superintendent of schools Lee Ann Wentzel said it is the first time in five years that prices have increased.
