A line was crossed while I was talking at Public Comment portion of tonight's Council meeting. The Mayor made a derogatory and ignorant comment about me that he didn't think I would hear. While I was actually talking about Code Enforcement , his comment, that he thought was under his breathe was, " Not this ___ ing idiot again. Thursday around 8:30PM I came down W Ridley just pas the entrance to the middle school (forget the name of that street) toward the lake, there was white foam on the street. Then I saw more foam on the lake itself. Does anyone know what was going on?
