Been in Tasmania the last few days seeing some of the interesting sights they have here. Went to Cradle Mountain for the day, got to see the amazing Tasmanian devil. Quite small little animal, got to watch some younger ones being fed. Very entertaining to see which one is the strongest & meanest one.
Kevin Atwell helped the Ridley Park Police Dept this morning by making a phone call & giving information to the 911 dispatch.
We need more residents like Mr. Atwell in Ridley Park to help our police dept. keep Ridley Park safe. Thanks Kevin for making Ridley Park a safer town.
Looking forward to watching Michelle Obama to give her speech tonight. Looking "FORWARD" to seeing North Carolina a red state, turn blue in November. Women in America will get to see how Michelle & the president, living like a lot of us " MIDDLE " class. She will give great insight to what she has been done for the injured troops. Yes, herself & Jill Biden have been both doing a lot for them.
Ridley Park's monthly meeting was canceled last night. There needs to be a better way to give notice to our residents in our borough. I understand quite a few residents came the borough hall last night to find locked doors & no notice on the door. I also discovered two of our own council members didn't know the meeting was canceled. Looking forward to hearing about how this happened at the next council meeting. I think the council needs to work on this problem.
