Is there a law that prohibits the paper thrown from vechiles onto my lawn? According to an article found in DELCO TIMES there is. "Unwanted circulars thrown on private property by someone in a vehicle is a violation of the state motor vehicle code, according to Solicitor Guy Smith."What does our solicitor say? See More
