I'm part of a panel discussion at B&N on the 22nd. It is in support of the William Jeanes Library. It's a 3 day bookfair hosted by B&N in support of the WJ Library. I thought this might be something we could do for the RP Library. I'll bring the info on the 25th.

Sorry Lou Anne, I did find that email! But what do you mean by support, and do you mean the Ridley Park or Ridley Twp library? And aren't there already Friends of the Library groups in existence for this purpose? I keep meaning to join one of these.

That's a great idea, Michael.
Rebecca, I emailed people about getting together to discuss ways to support the library. I asked if a weeknight or a Saturday morning were better times to get together.

Hi Lou Anne-- great idea for the library. Don't know whether week night or Sat is best. For me it depends on other commitments, varying week to week. So I would just try to attend whatever you decide.

Hi Lou Ann,
I got your note about supporting the library. A weeknight sounds better this time of year, too many activities going on Saturday mornings. Let me know if I can participate in some way. A discussion on publishing or fiction writing, maybe tie it to a book signing? I'm open for suggestions.

That would be great, Rebecca. It would be nice if we could get a few other authors doing this too. The coffee house is a great venue for a book signing.

Hi Nina,
Thanks so much for the kind words! The book is with the publisher now, off to editing, so if all goes well they tell me a late summer/early fall release. I'm excited because B&N in Plymouth Meeting has offered to host the book release event. I'm also looking forward to having a book signing here in Ridley Park for the new book, I really enjoyed the one we did for the first book. I've started the third book in the series, that should keep me busy for a while. I'll keep you posted.
