Event Description

The Shade Tree Commission is concerned with all things green and growing in Ridley Park, especially trees and trees giving shade to our buildings and residents and walkways. The committee also lends opinion to all matters involving trees and plantings in the Borough. Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month. All are invited. Wheelchair accessible.

When I type in "Shade" it returns everything with shade in it. When I have to post 12 meetings every year for a dozen or so postings, the month allows me to sort them out, copy each one, and edit the dates for the forward year. Otherwise, I'd have 185 "listings of "shade." And thank you for your long standing commitment to our Borough and the Shade Tree Committee. I'd love to have these events on RPOL generate interest in our community.

There are 7 monthly meetings listed for the Shade Tree Commission before August...and four after August for a total of 12 meetings in 2016. Type "Shade" in the search box under "Events" and you'll see all of the events listed for 2016 and years before.

Does this mean there is no Shade Tree Commission meeting until AUGUST 8, 2016?? Who made up that schedule??
